• 適合對象：預算親民、喜歡親手佈置 (DIY) 的客戶。
• 服務內容：所有氣球均會預先充好氣體，並妥善入袋包裝。

• 佈置說明：您需自行將氣球擺放至理想位置，預計耗時約 20-30 分鐘。
• 附送配件與貼心提示：
  • 我們會附送 絲帶 (Ribbons)、氣球點膠 (Glue Dots) 及 膠紙，方便您固定氣球。
  • 重要警告：為了保護您的牆面，強烈建議不要將膠點或膠紙直接貼在油漆牆 (Painted Walls)、批盪牆或脆弱的牆紙上，移除時極大機會導致牆皮剝落或留痕。
  • 最佳建議：請盡量將氣球固定在玻璃窗、鏡面、金屬框或光滑的大理石/木面上，既安全又容易清理。
• 物流提示：此套裝體積較大，不建議乘坐地鐵/巴士，強烈建議預約貨車 (Van) 運送。

2. 飄浮時間管理
   氦氣球的飄浮時間受物理限制，建議您盡量安排在活動開始前不久才領取或送貨，以確保所有氣球都在最佳觀賞狀態。
   飄浮時間 (由收貨起計算)：
   • 10″ 標準乳膠氣球：約 6-8 小時
   • 10″ 閃片乳膠氣球：約 4-6 小時（因閃片重量影響）
   • 18″ 鋁膜氣球：約 2-3 天
   • 環境因素：高溫或潮濕環境可能會縮短飄浮時間。
3. 色差聲明
   由於光線、螢幕顯示器設定不同，實物顏色可能與照片略有不同，一切以實物為準。
4. 氣球特性與保養
   • 氧化現象：乳膠氣球接觸空氣後會隨時間氧化（表面逐漸變為霧面/絲絨質感），此為正常化學現象，不影響使用。
   • 熱脹冷縮：在戶外高溫下氣球容易膨脹爆裂；在冷氣極強的環境下可能會輕微收縮。請盡量將氣球安置於室溫環境。
   • 避開尖銳物：請確保擺放位置周圍沒有尖銳物體、粗糙牆面，以免氣球爆裂。
5. 安全警告
   兒童安全：未充氣或破裂的氣球可能對 8 歲以下兒童造成窒息危險，請務必在成人監護下使用，並立即丟棄破損的氣球碎片。
6. 交收檢查

Option A: Pre-inflated Service (DIY)

• Best for: Budget-conscious clients who enjoy DIY.
• Includes: All balloons are pre-inflated and packed in protective bags.
• Logistics: Self-pickup or Van delivery (Shipping fee applies). For detailed shipping fees and pickup address, please refer to our [Shipping & Delivery] page.
• Setup: You will arrange the balloons at the venue yourself. Est. time: 20-30 mins.
• Accessories & Helpful Tips:
  • We provide Ribbons, Balloon Glue Dots, and Tape to help you secure the balloons.
  • Important Warning: To protect your walls, we strongly recommend NOT applying glue dots or tape directly onto painted walls, plastered walls, or fragile wallpaper. Removing them has a high chance of peeling off the paint or leaving marks.
  • Best Suggestion: Please secure balloons onto glass windows, mirrors, metal frames, or smooth marble/wood surfaces for safety and easy cleanup.
• Transport Tip: Due to the large volume, public transport is NOT recommended. We strongly advise booking a Van.

Option B: Professional On-Site Styling

• Best for: Clients who want a hassle-free, perfect result.
• Includes: Our professional team handles everything from inflation to precise styling at your venue.
• Logistics: Team arrives directly at the event location.
• Setup: Full service provided (approx. 1 hour).
• Dismantling: Service does not include dismantling or disposal after the event. Clients are responsible for clearing away the balloons.

   • Written List Prevails: For clarity and accuracy, please refer to the “Package Specifications” written list for the exact quantity and types of balloons included in your package.
   • Confetti Disclaimer: Confetti adds weight to the balloon. To ensure the best floating effect and duration for helium balloons, the actual quantity of confetti is carefully adjusted to achieve the perfect balance. Therefore, the density of confetti may differ slightly from the images. The actual product shall prevail.
   • Props Not Included: Please note that non-balloon props shown in images (such as LED fairy lights, backdrops, gift boxes, furniture, or floral arrangements) are for photography styling purposes only and are NOT included. However, we do offer a range of party accessories like LED lights and gift boxes separately. Feel free to browse our shop to add that extra sparkle!
2. Float Time Management
   Helium balloons have a limited float time. We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup or delivery shortly before your event starts to ensure all balloons are in their best condition.
   Float Time (Calculated from the time of collection/delivery):
   • 10″ Standard Latex Balloons: Float for approx. 6-8 hours.
   • 10″ Confetti Latex Balloons: Float for approx. 4-6 hours.
   • 18″ Foil Balloons: Float for approx. 2-3 days.
   • Note: High temperature or humidity may shorten float time.
3. Color Variance
   Actual colors may differ slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
4. Characteristics & Care
   • Oxidation: Latex balloons will oxidize (surface becomes matte/velvety) over time when exposed to air. This is a normal chemical process.
   • Temperature Sensitivity: Balloons expand and may burst in high outdoor temperatures; they may shrink slightly in strong air-conditioned environments. Please keep balloons at room temperature as much as possible.
   • Sharp Objects: Keep away from sharp objects and rough walls to prevent bursting.
5. Safety Warning
   Choking Hazard: Uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking in children under 8 years. Adult supervision is required. Discard broken balloons immediately.
6. Pickup & Delivery
   • Inspection: For self-pickup, please check the balloon condition before leaving the shop. No returns/exchanges after goods leave the premises.
   • Delivery Risk: If using third-party logistics (e.g., Lalamove), the buyer bears the risk of damage during transit.
