2. 場地限制與牆面保護
   • 嚴禁黏貼油漆牆：為了保護場地，我們絕對不會 (Strictly DO NOT) 將氣球、膠點或膠紙直接貼在油漆牆 (Painted Walls)、批盪牆或脆弱的牆紙上，以免移除時導致牆皮剝落。
   • 佈置方式：我們會優先將氣球固定在玻璃窗、鏡面、金屬框或光滑的大理石/木面上。如場地無合適黏貼位，我們將調整為落地式擺放。
3. 飄浮時間管理
   氦氣球的飄浮時間受物理限制，建議我們團隊在求婚驚喜開始前 1-2 小時完成佈置，以確保所有氣球都在最佳觀賞狀態。
   飄浮時間 (由專人抵達場地起計算)：
   • 10″ 標準乳膠氣球：約 6-8 小時
   • 10″ 閃片乳膠氣球：約 4-6 小時
   • 18″ 鋁膜氣球：約 2-3 天
   • 16″ 水晶氣球 (Bubble Balloons)：約 5 天
   • 環境因素：高溫或潮濕環境可能會縮短飄浮時間。
4. 色差聲明
   由於光線、螢幕顯示器設定不同，實物顏色可能與照片略有不同，一切以實物為準。
5. 氣球特性與保養
   • 氧化現象：乳膠氣球接觸空氣後會隨時間氧化（表面逐漸變為霧面/絲絨質感），此為正常化學現象。

This is a Luxury Decor Series proposal setup, featuring a romantic Macaron Pink and Matte White color palette. The centerpiece is a stunning Giant Heart Balloon Wall, complemented by classic MARRY ME Marquee Lights, LOVE Balloon Boxes, and candlelight. This series includes high-quality Japanese Bubble Balloons, with an option to add customized text, making your name and promise an integral part of the scene.

🛠️ Professional On-Site Styling

• Best for: Proposals, confessions, or grand anniversaries where perfection is key.
• Includes: Our professional team handles everything from inflation, lighting setup, petal arrangement to final styling at your venue.
• Entry Arrangement: Upon arrival, the client must personally guide (or arrange for someone to guide) our team to the specific room or venue to ensure we reach the correct location to begin setup.
• Delivery Fee: Van delivery is required (Shipping fee is calculated separately). For details regarding delivery charges, please refer to the [Shipping & Delivery] page on our website.
• Setup: Full service provided (approx. 1.5 hours).
• Dismantling: Service does not include dismantling or disposal after the event. Clients are responsible for clearing away the balloons.

   • Confetti Balloon Effects: Confetti adds weight to the balloon. To ensure the best float time and lift for helium balloons, the actual amount of confetti is carefully balanced. As a result, the density of confetti may vary slightly from reference images. The actual product prevails.
2. Venue Restrictions & Wall Protection
   • Strictly NO Taping on Painted Walls: To protect the venue, we Strictly DO NOT apply tape or glue dots on painted walls, plastered walls, or fragile wallpaper.
   • Styling Method: We will prioritize securing balloons on glass windows, mirrors, metal frames, or smooth marble/wood surfaces. If unavailable, we will adjust to floor-standing arrangements.
3. Float Time Management
   Helium balloons have a limited float time. We recommend our team finishes the setup 1-2 hours before the surprise to ensure all balloons look their best.
   Float Time (Calculated from Team’s Arrival):
   • 10″ Standard Latex Balloons: Approx. 6-8 hours.
   • 10″ Confetti Latex Balloons: Approx. 4-6 hours.
   • 18″ Foil Balloons: Approx. 2-3 days.
   • 16″ Bubble Balloons: Approx. 5 days.
   • Note: High temperature or humidity may shorten float time.
4. Color Variance

5. Characteristics & Care
   • Oxidation: Latex balloons will oxidize (surface becomes matte/velvety) over time when exposed to air. This is a normal chemical process.
